Form of workWe are currently working with one of our global clients who are a key provider of laboratory services across the UK, They are looking for someone to join and be a key member of their team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist that has worked at band 6 level in cellular pathology for at least 4 years.
Key Details
- Full IBMS training laboratory status
- The role will be multi-disciplinary incorporating general histology, special stains, immunohistochemistry, dissection up to category E.
- Lead at BMS level, the Immunohistochemistry service, increasing the repertoire and upskilling the staff
- You will be responsible for management/team leader responsibilities such as training and managing junior staff
- You will also be jointly responsible for coordinating and planning departmental training, and achievements against our quality objectives
About you
- You will be a self-starter who is a strong communicator and team player
- HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist that has worked at band 6 level in cellular pathology/Histopathology
- Driving License
