The Role of a Senior BMS Project Manager:
- This is a big role and you will be reporting into Director level
- Overseeing the project from start to finish and managing the success of delivery within building management system projects
- Executing and managing the control of the project
- Work closely with the project coordinator
- Must be confident with dealing with clients and chairing meetings
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality installations
- Managing sub contractors and on site engineers
- To carry out reporting
- To be confident in working on a range of systems (trend, tridium and Schneider)
- To ensure health and safety and regulations are worked to at all times
- To provide customers with excellent customer delivery and ensure their systems are working efficiently and energy saving
- Respond positively to any customer complaints and see through to resolution
- To be communicative and adaptable
- MUST be willing to travel
