A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, well-established business in the Portsmouth area. You will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping including:
- Inputting / overseeing all sales and purchase ledger duties
- Credit control, liaising with customers regarding overdue accounts
- Monthly management accounts, liaising with Directors to discuss
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Recording all income, expenses and bank transactions
- Asset registers, accruals, prepayments, depreciation and posting of relevant journals
- Liaising with HMRC
- Assisting Directors and external Accountants with any queries as needed
The company are looking for a candidate to work on a full-time basis. You will need previous experience in Sage and ideally have experience working within a similar role.
