Senior Bookkeeper Role Overview
NC Associates are working on a Senior Bookkeeper vacancy for an industry leading luxury retail company based in Chester. Due to pending retirement, they are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join the business. You will be reporting into the Director.
Senior Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Monthly supplier payments and other bank payments
- Euro payment and posting Euro invoices
- Posting and allocation of customer payments
- Customer invoices and statements printing, scanning, emailing/posting.
- Salary uploads to accountants and bank payments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Credit card analysis and posting.
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Quarterly and year end accounts.
- Properties accounts
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Senior Bookkeeper Experience Required
- Strong in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently
- You will have a positive, proactive attitude.
