SalaryWe are currently partnering with a specialist Bookkeeping and Financial Management firm that specialises in working with clients from the Creative Design industry. Our client does not have capacity to sponsor.
About the Role
Our client is actively recruiting for a Senior Bookkeeper to join the team on a part-time (3 days a week) remote basis. For this position, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Completing day-to-day financial tasks
- Invoice management
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management for clients
- Updating and maintaining journal entries
- Direct communication with clients and answering general queries when necessary.
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper working with clients from a creative industry, ideally from a Design background.
- Experience with invoicing and management of financial records
- Experience with Quickbooks and Xero
- Ability to work remotely
