It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

Position Summary
At Müller we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our newly formed Health Brand Team, who are leading the transformation of our Muller Branded Portfolio into new category segments. Reporting into the segment lead for Health, you will have full responsibility for developing the strategy and delivery of the plan to unlock transformational futures projects for Muller such as packaging of the future and white space innovation. Leading the full mix from an insight to strategy, through to innovation creation and then launch. As an experienced brand strategist and innovator you will be looking for your next challenge, with real ownership from day one. Working alongside senior stakeholders and cross functional teams, the role would suite a creative collaborator who has experience of building new innovation from scratch and can engage a complex network of stakeholders behind a strategy and vision to execute flawlessly in market.
Your key responsibilities for theSenior Brand Manager- Futures will be to:-

• Ensure deep understanding of consumer needs to identify transformational growth opportunities for muller in health
• Lead strategic transformation projects, creating a compelling vision and plan, engaging stakeholders & business behind.
• Lead agencies and cross functional teams to create and launch innovation
• Work with segment lead and brand leads to set strategic priorities and growth objectives and targets.
• Ensure close working with R&D to identify new product concepts that address commercial opportunities and maintain the innovation funnel for 3+ years
• Lead cross functional project teams to deliver validated concepts to market.
• Liaise and forge strong relationships with internal departments and external agencies
• Oversee the organisation and management of consumer research and market testing of both new products and communications as required
• Manage launch performance reporting & acceleration/course correction plans

• Evidence of strategic planning and change management in previous roles
• Ability to lead and influence cross functionally (esp R&D/technical functions)
• A creative and curious mindset with the ability to challenge the ways things are done and find opportunities to improve and drive to results

• Excellent relationship building skills across all levels
• Commercially minded with strong analytical thinking with the ability to prioritise

• Experience of working in FMCG Marketing at a managerial level
