Senior Building Services Manager

I am currently working on behalf of a well established Main Contractor who specialise in  Fit Out & Refurb projects in the London Area who are searching for a Senior Technical  Services Manager to oversee Cat A and Cat B Fit out and Refurb projects from Precon/Bid stage through to hand over on projects ranging from £5mill up to circa £60mill working downstream with M&E Contractors, reporting to the Project team, Consultants and Clients .

If you have relevant experience working as a Senior Technical Services Manager as part of the work winning team on Commercial Cat A and B Fit Out projects managing Mechanical & Electrical packages, have a strong understanding of both M&E Packages and would be interested in discussing this role further, please contact me on the details attached to this vacancy 

Basic salary circa £95-110k + Bens depending on experience
