Our Counter Terrorism Operations Centre (CTOC) is a new, state-of-the-art facility for Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP). As a Senior Building Manager, you’ll lead a team to keep the property safe and running efficiently. It’s a unique chance to tackle a large-scale site and ensure that CTP tenants are satisfied. If you want to play your part in protecting the UK, this is your opportunity.
As the Senior CTOC Building Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Building Management team within the CTP HQ Local Support Services (LSS). Coordinating your on-site team, you’ll deal with both hard and soft facilities management, resolving property-related issues including Health & Safety.
You’ll also lead estate transformation, ensure services are delivered on-site and be a role model for your team. The CTOC is an operationally critical and highly sensitive building, in use by senior staff, so exemplary service is crucial. To achieve it, you’ll build positive relationships with officers, staff, and partners, so strong people skills will be key.
Because the CTOC is so vital, you’ll concentrate on this building alone. However, you’ll be tackling varied tasks, so you must be flexible.
A capable Building Manager you’ll already have the skills to make an impact, right from day one. With relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) you’ll know all about compliance and how to manage a team.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary, a Civil Service pension, excellent career, and professional development. All this, plus a highly rewarding role.

This does not affect your statutory right.
Confidentiality Agreement
