Our client, based near London Bridge, is a specialist Project and Cost Management Consultancy focusing primarily on the Residential sector. They partner with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Property Developers, helping to provide much needed housing across London. In addition to their work in the Residential market, the business also provides their services to clients within the Retail, Leisure, and Commercial sectors in densely populated urban environments. The business was recently bought out by an international investment group, allowing them to accelerate their growth plans into 2024 while maintaining their individual identity and medium sized, privately run company ethos.
Given the growth of the business, they are currently seeking a Senior / Associate Project Manager to join the team. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, risk management, quality assurance, team leadership, regulatory compliance, reporting and documentation, contract management, technology integration, etc. A construction related degree and professional membership would be preferable, ideally RICS but others will be considered. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to c. £75,000 + benefits, flexible working, fast track career progression for top performers, and much more.
