Build Recruitment are working with a Public Sector organisation based in central London to source an interim Senior Project Manager (Maintenance): GBP30 - GBP34 per hour (umbrella).
The role is initially a 3 month contract whilst my client goes out to permanent advert.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager (Maintenance) is to deliver Long Term Maintenance (LTM) projects across the property portfolio in line with the client's Estates Strategy Plan.
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the Senior Project Manager (Maintenance) will be responsible for the successful implementation of a portfolio of diverse major projects across the estate. Projects will typically be complex in nature and range from GBP20k to GBP1m in value.
Projects will include development, plant asset replacement, enhancement and refurbishment, engineering projects.
About you:
Experience of managing multiple maintenance projects across a mixed-use property portfolio.
Experience of Asset Lifecycle Projects.
Experience of managing internal and external project teams.
Experience of Health & Safety requirements and statutory and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Management.
Due to multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) my client is looking for a well organised, thorough, and articulate Senior Project Manager (Maintenance) who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
