This well-established UK wide building consultancy work predominantly in the education and commercial sectors providing a variety of building services. With multiple offices across the UK they are in a period of growth and expansion with the aim to become a fully comprehensive consultancy covering all building services. Now they are looking to develop their Building Surveying team in the Birmingham office and are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team.
In this role you will be based from the Birmingham office working on educational and commercial projects including refurbishment and extension works for primary and secondary schools as well as commercial projects such as with housing associations and freemasons. You will conduct condition surveys, create and manage tenders and procurement, contract administration, lead internal and external meetings, write design specifications. You will be out on site a few times a week and be based from the office the remainder of the time.
