The team is known for offering high quality work in some of the most complex situations. We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic individual to work in partnership with the practitioners and administrative team to ensure the smooth running of the service including managing reception, answering the phone, minuting meetings, formatting reports and letters, collating data and supporting the team.
As an Administrator within the team, the successful candidate would be based in our office in the East of the county and work collaboratively with the office managers and the rest of the administration team to provide high quality administrative support. The team is comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, probation officers, social workers and other staff and works across social care and the NHS.
For this post it will be important to have relevant experience and highly developed administrative skills. They will need to manage complex situations and high demand and be able to prioritise and organise the provision of high level accurate work. There is a culture of kindness and empathy created for our service users and staff in what can be very difficult circumstances and the successful candidate will be able to embrace and promote this culture.
