Senior Administrator

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and improve administrative systems and processes to support the charity’s operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring effective communication across the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
  • Provide support to various departments, assisting with projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, representing the charity in a professional manner.
