Senior Business Analyst

£250-350 day rate dependant upon experience
INSIDE IR35
4 Month Contract with expected extension
Full Time - 37 hours per week
Hybrid - 1 to 3 days per week in either Newport, South Wales, Titchfield, Hampshire, Edinburgh or Darlington offices.
My client are a large prestigous government organisation and are looking for a Business Analyst to come and join their team on an initial 4 month basis, paying £500-550 per day dependant upon experience, Inside IR35.
Essential requirements of role:

• BCS (ISEB) diploma in Business Analysis OR BCS (ISEB) diploma in Solution Development or have appropriate Business Analysis experience.
• Proven experience of working within a Senior Business Analyst post - public sector experience desirable.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Able to identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes.
• Ability to work and support a team.
• Able to help teams to manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP) and scope.
• Working knowledge of the wider business environment and the organisational strategy & vision in past.
• Understands how changes will impact on existing and new services.
• Ability to make decisions that set the standards for others to follow.
• Understanding of working with agility at an organisational level and can create the environment for success.
