This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in business analysis and reporting systems to support the NHS on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. You will need to understand the existing processes, document data sources, data collection methods, and reporting outputs. This role involves reviewing contracts and working closely with internal collaborators to detail requirements, as well as understanding the methods, systems, and procedures crucial for documenting processes and collecting requirements.

This role predominantly home based, with travel to one of our offices based in either Southampton, Leeds, or Sheffield once a week.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the delivery of the Employment Services Reporting Strategy.
- Review and detail the current data sources and reporting processes.
- Find opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes
- Work with operational, commercial and IT customers to identify, recommend and help with the improvement of the reporting requirements.
- Review of contracts to understand data requirements to fulfil contractual obligations.
- Run workshops to collate reporting requirements.
What you’ll bring:
- Business analysis skills that are solution independent.
- Ability to connect with technical and non-technical collaborators assertively and tenaciously.
- Understanding of reporting solutions and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Sound knowledge and experience of associated tools, techniques, and methods within their specialist area.
- Knowledge of data and information quality and security principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user.

- Commercial sector knowledge of the NHS.
