Senior Business Analyst

We are currently working with a global financial institution to recruit a Senior Business Analyst on a day rate contract to work on various payments related projects.
You will be responsible for investigation and remediation of incidents and supporting SME's in determining key business requirements for identification of payments flows, Identifying and documenting key data elements within processing systems to enable rules based controls to be set for management of large and anomalous payments and delivering business requirements, preparing testing plans and execute/oversee testing and development of associated project artefacts as required for deliverables.
To be considered for this role you will be required to have the following skills/experience:

• 6-10 years' experience in a Senior BA or PM role with a financial organisation
• Knowledge of Markets Operations businesses/ functions is required.
• Knowledge & understanding of payments workflows and controls beneficial
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, including overseeing the development & implementation of the UAT test plan, scripts and tools using the detailed functional requirements document
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a self-starter attitude is a must

This role will be hybrid with 3 days working from the office in Belfast. Although the role is initially for a 10-month period there is a high possibility of extension.
