Reporting to: PMO Director

Purpose of the role:

Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Business analyst who has worked on various projects and industries with excellent stakeholder management skills.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for

• Facilitating interviews and workshops
• Running data analysis and identifying trends and insights
• Delivering business analysis and process mapping
• Supporting the Project Manager and Change Management
• Providing guidance on solution design

Qualifications and experience needed:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BA
• Experience working in a small businesses or private equity backed businesses
• End to end experience delivering cross functional projects
• Excellent knowledge of Business analysis principles, methods and tools
• Flexible and dynamic, self-driven individual
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
