Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will provide structured Business Analysis capability to increase efficiency as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team. Working across multi-discipline project teams to develop, digitise and improve business operations for the benefit of internal and external customers and support the adoption of new ways of processing information.
- Leading and managing a team of Business Analysts.
- Developing and implementing strategic business solutions.
- Managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Conducting in-depth business and systems analysis.
- Facilitating change and process improvement initiatives.
- Delivering high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentoring junior team members and assisting in their professional development.
- Translate product road map features into well-defined product requirements including epics, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
- A track record of delivering business analysis within the public sector.
- Expertise in leading and managing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

- Be competent in mapping stakeholders, impact, processes, and value streams.
