Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Brand and Customer Manager (sBCM) to lead the strategy and operational plans for the AZ alliance indication in prostate cancer within the BGG and Collaboration Oncology Franchise. The role will also require leading the Alliance management for the collaboration, including forecasting and budget management, contract reporting, governance and alignment in ways of working across the organisations.

Responsibilities:
Develop clear and actionable strategies to achieve business objectives and drive the rapid adoption of oncology medicines in the NHS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, locally and globally, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
Lead the collaborations leadership alignment meetings
Lead forecasting, KPI reporting and governance arrangements for the AZ alliance
Lead, motivate, and matrix manage a high-performing marketing team to deliver on strategic and operational priorities.
Oversee the development of campaigns and content that are in line with the overall marketing strategy.
Establish feedback loops to ensure strategies and plans are insight-driven and customer-centric.
Forecast and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Manage the allocated budget for marketing activities effectively.
Act as the commercial signatory for the respective indications.
Cultivate and maintain customer relationships at the Scientific Leader level. Provide direct line management for the brand/indication team.
Education and Experience:
A degree or equivalent qualification in a Life Sciences discipline is required.
Experience working in oncology and/or brand launch is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in developing and contributing to marketing plans.
Experience in executing strategies through strategic account planning and tactical implementation.
Direct line management experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proactiveness and ability to take initiative.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Adept at synthesizing complex information.
Strong learning agility.
