Description
- Delivering key strategic projects in the Accounting & Finance department
- Analysing business needs and requirements
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Identifying areas for process improvement
- Providing insightful, data-driven recommendations to senior management
- Collaborating with teams across the organisation
- Managing risks and issues, driving resolution as necessary
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Analyst should have:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of FMCG industry trends and developments
- Experience in managing projects and leading teams
- An ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
