£17 per hour (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 months )

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior Business Support Officer in Liverpool. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

Responsibilities include:

• To input on all appropriate financial payments systems & run reports
• To take accurate minutes
• To collate and distribute item reports within agreed timescales and assist with the Quality Assurance of items reports as appropriate
• To prioritise and manage work in line with guidance from safeguarding manager and complete work to the necessary standards and timescales agreed
• To arrange, attend and minute/record all Executive, Board,sub-group and panel meetings as required.

The candidate:

• Previous administrative experience is essential
• Must be experienced in arranging meetings, preparing agendas and accurate minute taking
• Must have experienced of producing a range of reports and data
• Knowledge of Liquid Logic is essential
