Full Time Contract ( 3 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior Business Support Officer in Liverpool. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:

• Organisation of training booking events room invite, track attendance, certificate issuing
• Issue and recall IT equipment
• Student placement and Practice Educator activity registered
• Purchase orders from training commissioning - this includes that supervision training,
• MOMO implementation

The candidate:

• Experience of taking accurate minutes
• Experience of producing data and financial reports for analysis
• Experience of working with IT systems - i-Casework, Liquid Logic, excel, outlook
• Experience of working with Controcc, sap and other financial systems.
