Reed Marketing and Creative are excited to offer a pivotal role as a Senior Advertising and Campaigns Manager. This strategic position involves leading a marketing and campaigns team to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel communication activities that drive behaviour change.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee a team of 4 direct reports, ensuring the right skills are in place to meet operational goals.
- Communications Strategic Planning: Set actionable strategies and team goals that align with organisational objectives.
- Budget Management: Approve spend within budgets and secure approval for campaign activity in accordance with spending controls.
- Communications Evaluation: Evaluate campaign effectiveness in achieving aims and organisational impact.
- Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Lead strategic relationships with agency partners to ensure value for money and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiencies across owned channels and solutions for measurable improvements.
Your Experience:
- Proven leadership and matrix management experience.
- Experience delivering multi-part, multi-channel strategic communication programmes.
- Ability to articulate strategy and provide direction.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Oversight of significant communication budgets.
- Experience with CRM/database marketing (MS Dynamics 365) and data privacy laws.
- Skills in web analytics and campaign tracking (Google Analytics and Power BI).
- Experience with social media posting and listening solutions.
