Opening spring 2024, our new Hamberley Neurocare home in Camberley will provide rehabilitation, recovery, and residential care for people living with complex neurological conditions.
We are looking for passionate, caring Senior Care Assistants to be part of our new home. More than Care Assistants, carers or healthCare Assistants, Life Skills Specialists are carers, therapy assistants and companions all in one. They take the time to get to know our residents and are trusted to give each individual the care they need, in the way they like.

Could you be part of our team?
You may have experience as a a senior healthCare Assistant, Care Assistant, carer, home Care Assistant or domiciliary Care Assistant and are looking for a different approach, a nicer work environment and a more satisfying role.
We are looking for applicants with:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum.
- Working towards or willing to work towards achieving NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Experience of Leading a team in the care home environment.
- The ability to manage a diverse team.
If you have experience of a neurological care environment, that's ideal, but not essential.
What is important is that you have passion, empathy and dedication to help our residents live their lives to the fullest and achieve their goals. You’ll need to bring a positive attitude, great teamwork and excellent communication skills. We will support you with everything else!
