My client is a multi-award winning luxurious residential home specialising in elderly care, and younger adults who suffer with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. They are now seeking kind and caring individuals to join their experienced team as a Senior Care assistant on nights.

With comfortable living areas, and stunning garden areas this home provides a warm and welcoming environment where residents can enjoy comfort, companionship and awarding-winning residential and dementia care.

Senior Care Assistant Main Duties:

As a Senior Care assistant, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Personal care (washing, dressing etc.)
• Companionship
• Domestic care
• Mobility (assisting getting around)
• Medication (reminders and collecting prescriptions)

Senior Care Assistant Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are seeking Leading Carers with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role required
• NVQ 3 minimum   
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to work alongside Care Assistants and other Senior Care Assistants
