As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the delivery of care to our residents. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of healthCare Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role requires leadership skills, brilliant communication, and a commitment to providing person-centred care.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent standards of person centred care of residents
- Effective team leadership
- Following care plans in accordance
- Provide vital assistance to healthcare professionals in delivering care.
- Diligently monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications following professional guidelines and protocols.
- Support patient mobility and ensure safe transfers when required.
- Uphold a clean, hygienic, and secure patient environment.
- Aid in meal preparation and assist with feeding as needed.
- Offer emotional support to service users and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
Requirements
- Previous Experience in Senior Health Care Assistant role or similar
- Willing to complete mandatory training
- Satisfactory DBS
- Hold valid UK Work Authorisation with no restrictions.
