iCare Living - A growing national company currently seeking Female Care Workers to support with managing individuals with complex health conditions in their homes.
Join our team at iCare Living, where you will support clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes and within the local community. We provide comprehensive clinical and social care training to ensure you feel competent and confident in your role, with opportunities for career development.
As part of our team, you will work regular shifts on a rota basis, with both full-time and part-time hours available. Positive engagement between clients, families, and Support Workers is essential to our approach.
Requirements:
- Experience or willingness to learn how to manage clients with complex health needs (e.g., PEG feeding, moving & handling, medication administration).
- Well-presented, punctual, reliable, warm, and friendly.
Pay Rates:
We offer excellent rates starting at £12 per hour - above the new NMW 2024
