Position Overview:
We're searching for a compassionate and skilled caregiver to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. This role offers 40 guaranteed hours per week and the chance to advance your career within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
• Assist with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and household tasks as needed.
• Supervise and mentor care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Conduct client assessments and reviews, collaborating with the care team to develop and adjust care plans as required.
• Lead by example, demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and integrity in all aspects of your work.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or field care supervisor.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
