An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistantto join a medium-sized residential care home based in Market Harborough specialising indementia care.

The home are recruiting for Senior Care Assistants to join there experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts.

2 - 3 shifts per week
Nights
7pm - 7am shift times

Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:

•             A kind and caring person
•             Experience in administering medication that is required
•             NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
•             Previous experience as a senior is a care home setting
 

Responsibilities-

• Assist clients with personal care tasks and ensuing the highest standards of care are achieved at all times
• Manage a team of Care Assistants
• Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
• To be involved with care plans and risk assessments
