A brand-new premier care home is now looking for an experiencedCare Assistant (HCA) to join the team as a Senior Care Assistant, just in time for its grand opening in the Spring.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be trusted to support the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and assessments) and to mentor more junior members of the team, helping to foster a pleasant and stress-free environment for the residents.
Whatever the weather, you’ll get directly involved in helping each resident to live well and stay active in a warm and caring place.

This is a permanent, full-time (36h) position for a Senior Care Assistant (HCA), days or nights available.
Part-time or bank contracts may also be considered if you’re looking for more flexibility.

Person specification:

• (Essential) At least 2 years’ experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
• (Essential) A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care / Adult Care
