An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistant to join a 50 bedded nursing home based in Burton-on-Trent.
This home are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to join their experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts.

* Days
* Full time contracted
* 4 shifts week 1, 3 shifts week 2
* Rotational Weekends
Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:
• A kind and caring person
• Previous experience in administering medication that is required
• Previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant
• NVQ in Health & Social Care desireable
Responsibilities-
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting
* Manage a team of Care Assistants
* Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
