Senior Care Assistant

Concept Care Practice is a well established Nursing and Social Care agency, providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to all sectors of the care industry.

Due to increased demand, we are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants to undertake temporary agency assignments  (Days and Nights) within elderly care homes.

We cover the whole of Berkshire, parts of Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working as a Senior Care Assistant in an elderly care home setting
• NVQ 2 is essential, NVQ 3 is desirable
• Experience in medication administration
• Experience of leading care staff on shift
• Excellent communications skills
• Empathetic and professional attitude to work
• The ability to work shifts
• Drivers desirable
