Remedicare are looking for a full time permeant Senior Care Assistants to join our Clients lovely new 47 bedded care home in York. This particular home focuses on elderly/dementia care and has an excellent reputation within the local and neighbouring areas.
Job Title – Senior Care Assistant
Position Overview:
- Manage a team of Care Assistants so they can perform their roles to the best of their ability
- Liaising with your manager to run the workplace at its peak performance
- Developing care plans
- Manual handling and using equipment where required
- Promoting client’s health and wellbeing

- Pay: £13.07 - £13.54 (increasing in April)
- Contract: 36 - 48 hours (permanent contract)
- Shifts: 7:45am - 8:00pm

Requirements
- Minimum NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Medicine trained
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant
