Remedicare are looking for Full Time permeant Trainee Chaps Senior Care Assistants to join our Clients brand new Care Home inStoke-on-trent! This particular home specialises in elderly/dementia care and has a fantastic reputation within the local area.
This is an enhanced Trainee Care Home Assistant Practitioner role where you will support other nursing colleagues to deliver clinical services such as the administration of medication, wound care, carry out a range of clinical observations and contribute to the care planning process.

Key details for Senior Care Assistant Role
As Trainee CHAP you will need relevant leadership experience and additional clinical skills achieved.
Must have Health & Social Care Level 3 or willing to undertake course.
Must be willing to undertake 6 weeks paid CHAPS training course.
Must have Nursing Home Experience.
Must have experience of working with Residents with Dementia
