Role:
- Ensure care is given in a professional manner, as per individual plan of care for each resident, agreed by the Manager
- To assist in staff training programmes/facilitate staff training/ staff induction programme and to work as a mentor to junior staff. To supervise new staff and contribute to their staff supervision
- Participate in the development of activities for Residents in which they can join and enhance quality of life
- Support the Manager in her duties for all health and safety regulations and meeting of care standards.
The successful candidate will
Have at least 1 year experience in a Senior Care role working with dementia residents, also a relevant healthcare qualification at least NVQ level 2 or equivalent in care.
