The Role
As a Senior Change Management Specialist, your mission will be to champion the people side of change, focusing on driving faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency of the changes affecting staff.
Your expertise will be crucial in creating and implementing robust Change Management strategies and plans. This includes managing communications, training, sponsorship, and addressing resistance, all with the goal of maximising employee adoption and minimising pushback.
Collaborating closely with the finance management team, the finance community, and various stakeholders, you'll be a key player in ushering in a new era of enhanced working practices across the organisation.
Your Skills
- Proven experience in facilitating and driving large-scale change across organisations.
- Deep understanding of change processes, with the ability to apply the right tools and techniques to enable and sustain change.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of fostering collaboration and buy-in among team members and stakeholders.
- Educated to degree level and/or hold an equivalent professional qualification, with formal Change Management qualifications being highly desirable (e.g., APMG Practitioner, PROSCI level or equivalent).
