A UK top 150 consultancy in Manchester is looking to strengthen their building consultancy department with the addition of a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. The award-winning practice provides accurate construction advice in the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors.

The role is to support the Lead Building Surveying Partner with several multimillion-pound schemes across Manchester. You will deliver programmes from inception to completion whilst managing stakeholder relationships. As a Senior Building Surveyor you will play an integral role in being an essential point of contact for the practices prestigious client portfolio. Project values range from £300k - £5 million.

Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will display a high level of competence and client facing experience. You will oversee a small group of junior surveyors providing daily support and mentorship. A clear pathway to achieving full Partnership status will be available through a career development programme.

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Proven project background
• Strong technical knowledge
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
