Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Chef de Partie
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Aiding with menu planning, ensuring dishes are innovative and appealing
- Managing stock ordering and purchasing to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Ensuring adherence to food hygiene regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Training junior staff members as needed
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of two years' experience in a comparable role, showcasing adept communication and organisational abilities. The capacity to collaborate seamlessly within a team or autonomously is essential. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate flexibility to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends on a rotating weekly schedule.
