Due to our continued success, we are proud to announce that we are recruiting a Senior Team Leader to supervise our team of Housekeepers and Team Leaders.

Joining the team as a Senior Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your team management and organisational skills with this interesting and varied role. This is a field based role and most of your time will be spent cleaning with the housekeeping teams. You will be coaching and developing the team leader’s organisation, management and quality skills on the job, identifying training needs within the teams and consistently improving the quality by following our proven procedures.
You will require the following skills and experience:
· Full UK driving license & access to your own car
· A keen eye for detail
· Meticulous standards
· A positive and courteous attitude
· An energetic and efficient approach to work
· A great people person
· Experience managing, training and developing a team
