Live a life more Virgin.Our Team An excellent opportunity has arisen working within the Colleague Services, Collaboration Services team. The team are responsible for supporting the extensive Domino/Notes Mail and Application estate, M365 and Symantec products across Production and Test environment.What you'll be doing
- Support of Project Delivering
- Risk awareness in relation to Change Delivery and BAU processes
- Enhance Service with from a process perspective
- Support wider team to resolve complex user queries
- Support the following technologies:
- IBM Domino 9
- IBM Notes 9
- O365
- Exchange
- Microsoft Teams
We need you to have
- An in-depth understanding of IBM Lotus Domino 8.5/9 Server Administration in a clustered/enterprise environment
- An in-depth understanding of M365 and Exchange
- Messaging standards such as SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, SPF
- Ability to cope with multiple priorities in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Change and Problem management processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & relationship skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
It's a bonus if you have but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019)
- Knowledge of Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
