Senior Commercial Account Handler

Rev & Regs are recruiting for aSenior Commercial Account Handler role on behalf of a well-established and dynamic Insurance company, based in Horsham.

Responsibilities:

• To service and administer a portfolio of commercial insurance clients in a timely, professional, compliant, and cost-effective manner.
• To identify and convert growth opportunities from referrals, cross-selling, new client sourcing and proactive sales activity.
• To build effective working relationships with both clients, insurers, and service providers
• To work and operate within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues for the benefit of both clients and the business.
• Providing new business quotations on request, providing relevant advice, information and guidance
• Collaborate with and support colleagues as required or requested. Act as a training buddy or referral point for day-to-day requests.

Experienced Required:

• A minimum of 3 years commercial broking experience
• Knowledge of the following classes of insurance - Property, Casualty, Motor, Construction and Financial Lines for a variety of trades/industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise your workload.
• IT literate with client systems and Microsoft packages.
• Negotiating with Underwriters to achieve optimal outcome for clients.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 plus bonus
