Senior Commercial Analyst - Hybrid 3days office 2 days WFH

Day Rate- £280.00 inclusive of all costs

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience of working at this level in a specialist area
Expert knowledge of accounting concepts such as Accruals, Prepayments, GRNI and CIP

Essential:
Ability to analyse complex information
Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Office functions, particularly Excel
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
Essential:

Experience from a similar analytical role
Experience of working with spreadsheet-based financial models and templates
Desirable:
Good knowledge of the food and /or hospitality industry
2 years work experience
Desirable:
Ability to think strategically and anticipate problems before they occur
Desirable:
Experience in hospitality industry
What is the main purpose of the job?
The role is responsible for financial support of the UK Commercial and Propositions Teams through stakeholder management, reporting and analysis.
It is the finance business partner for UK accommodation sales, non-expansionary refurb capital projects, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales & Distribution.
The role will deliver the key financial processes for these areas as well as ensuring costs and revenues are accounted for correctly and in line with  Accounting Policy
