Job Description
As a Senior Commercial Analyst (Network Planning & Optimisation), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction through meticulous analysis and optimization strategies. You will be responsible for providing insights to enhance network performance, revenue planning, demand forecasting, and economic modeling to ensure market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to drive preventative performance measures.
- Generate insightful reports to measure profitability and guide strategic decision-making.
- Lead demand forecasting initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Drive revenue planning strategies based on market conditions and business goals.
- Implement customer modeling and segmentation for targeted strategies.
- Utilize econometric modeling to determine market conditions and forecast trends.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 2 analysts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Analyst, revenue analyst, or forecasting-based role within industries such as retail, aviation, hospitality, passenger transport, or any other customer data-centric industry.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and other relevant analytical tools.
- Ability to articulate complex data in simple and comprehensible terms.
- Previous experience in team leadership or management is a plus.

The role is located at a central Birmingham HQ, c 2 days per week onsite.
