Senior Commercial Manager - Residential

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Commercial Managers. 

Our Client, are a modern tier 2 residential contractor, part of a wider construction group who turnover approx £900m+. They are specialists in new build sector and have work spanning across London & Manchester. 

An exciting scheme worth £200m in build cost is about to begin within the next 8 weeks and they are looking to secure a Senior Commercial Manager to lead all the surveying and commercial aspects of the project, reporting directly into the Managing Director for the UK. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business with a very healthy order book for the next 24 months, you will be responsible for building a project team and will be based full time from the Manchester office. 

The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in residential construction (ideally RC Frame) and have outstanding understanding of the JCT D&B contract.
