Robertson Bell are excited to announce their partnership with this established government body as they go to market for a Senior Commercial Officer on a permanent basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to expand on their existing administrative skillset and specialise in commercial contracts.

In this Senior Commercial Officer position, you will:

• Maintain the contracts database by submitting contracts with accuracy and ensuring not to duplicate information
• Work with the wider Commercial team to manage the inbox by answering queries for internal stakeholders
• Support the Commercial Managers by investigating documents and contracts relating to procurement requests to ensure all policies and agreements are adhered to
• Produce reports and other documents relating to procurement matters, including specifications and letters
• Be a secondary point of contact for contract Managers and suppliers, ensuring to maintain good relationships

Based in central London, the successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working pattern, requiring you to go into the office twice a week. The successful candidate will:

• Have extensive experience working within an administrative position and show a keen desire to expand their skillset

• Have the desire to qualify through the Chartered Institute of Procurement Supply (CIPS)
