Job description
We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Procurement Specialist to work with a Local Police Authority to ensure commercial strategies and undertakings are managed effectively.
Job responsibilities include:
– Taking a lead role on procurement activities
– Ensuring strategies are developed prior to the start of projects
– Managing the acquisition process
– Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
– Ensuring relevant legislations are adhered to throughout the procurement process
Candidate requirements:
– MCIPS Professional Qualification
– IACCM Qualification
– Experience of working within the public sector
– Security clearance is required for this role
