Reporting to our Director, Global Compensation you will preferably work in a hybrid model (between your home and our Brighton Head Office), with the option for full remote work within mainland UK if necessary.

- Assist in global annual compensation review cycle, including range updates, budget calculations, training materials, communications, Workday Advanced Comp configuration and testing.
- Develop models for automated analysis to support customers' recurring compensation needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to assist senior leaders with decision-making.
- Partner with the HR Systems team to create compensation data in Workday, including job profiles, salary ranges, salary, and incentive plans.
- Partner with other teams to update compensation business processes within Workday.
- Assess jobs to determine their scope, responsibilities, experience, and education requirements for appropriate placement within our job architecture, EEO, FLSA classifications.
- Contribute to the creation of compensation policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Prepare and submit recurring and ad-hoc compensation surveys.
- Stay abreast of legislative activities and regulatory changes and assess their impact to compensation programmes
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in global broad-based compensation in the Technology industry.
- Analyse complex compensation data, interpret trends and develop accurate models to support decision-making processes.
- Use statistical methods, financial modelling techniques and software tools to assess compensation programmes, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to improve compensation strategies.
- Consultation skills and the ability to seek out information and provide high-quality advice.
- Detail driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to understand the broader context.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and Advanced Comp modules, including business requirement preparation and submission.
- Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
