er the controls in place to manage these risks are fit for purpose.Can develop great working relationships and influence colleagues across the business and within the team.Good organisational skills, written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to deliver high quality reviews and meet deadlines.Can work on your own and with others.Resilient and respond positively to feedback.Open to receiving feedback and challenge.Experience working in a Compliance Monitoring or Audit role within Financial Services.CeMAP or equivalent qualifications and/or Financial Planning qualifications desirable but not essential.
