Senior Compliance Officer (Fire)  – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a regional Housing Association based in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a permanent Senior Compliance Officer (Fire). This role offers £39,000 per annum and a hybrid and flexible working policy, with a 50/50 split between home and the office/site. This organisation has an excellent benefits package including an excellent pension scheme and 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.

• To be professionally accountable for ensuring that the property stock is safe and meets all legislative requirements
• To be responsible for performance managing contracts in a consistent manner
• To deliver contracts to a high standard meeting agreed specifications & performance target, achieve value for money & maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction

Senior Compliance Officer (Fire)  – Housing Association – What You Need:

• UK Driving License and own vehicle
• Strong record of working within a fire safety field both independently and as part of a team to a large portfolio of residential properties
• Relevant fire safety professional qualification
