Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £45,900 Per Annum 
Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Liverpool, Speke - Hybrid

The difference you will make as a Senior Compliance Officer
You will support the Fire safety team implement and manage the approach to Fire Safety, including the oversight and contract management of the groups active fire systems, including Fire alarms, AOV’s, Emergency lighting ensuring we are meeting statutory maintenance and testing requirements.
About you
We are looking for someone with:

• Experience with managing active fire systems and emergency lighting compliance and repairs.
• Clear understanding of risk management, property management and property related compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business. 
• Strong analytical skills.
